Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) invites bids for the construction of Phase I of the Service Area Development Project at Kegaska Harbour, located on Quebec's Lower North Shore.
The work generally consists of excavation and soil management, grading of existing areas, placement of fill materials to create new storage areas, paving of a portion of the service area, relocation of an existing crane, construction of concrete works, installation of barriers and safety guardrails, construction of an electrical building, civil and electrical works, installation of site lighting, and installation of conduits and infrastructure for future project phases.
The Contractor shall coordinate the work with the Harbour Authority to maintain port operations and access to facilities throughout the project.
