AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 1, 2026 at 14:00. All bids submitted after 14:00 will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers to provide maintenance services for the fire alarm, fire protection, and life safety systems to ensure their integrity and uninterrupted performance at Block 3 (Sir A John MacDonald Building, Booth Building, Dover-Brouse-Slater Building, Wellington Building and National Press Building). A mandatory site visit will be held on September 17, 2026 at 10:00AM. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than September 10, 2026 at 11:00AM to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
