Requirement Description Canada is seeking offers from Offerors for the aacquisition of Credits From Carbon Dioxide Removal Projects to Reduce Net-Greenhouse Gas Emissions across multiple technology work streams from CDR projects that meet the government’s technical requirements:Stream 1: Direct Air Carbon Dioxide Capture and Permanent Storage (DACCS).Stream 2: Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Storage (BECCS).Stream 3: Biochar. Stream 4: Other Biomass Carbon Removal and Storage (BiCRS).Stream 5: Enhanced Mineralization.Each technology stream will be the subject of a separate competitive process.The CDR project and any associated CO2 storage activities must be located in Canada.Expected Contract Period: The period of the SO will be between award day and March 31, 2029.Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
