Canada seeks to dispose of 1 Crown-owned commercial property in Georgetown, Guyana (the “Property”) that was previously used as a Canadian High Commission in Georgetown, Guyana. The work will be undertaken in Georgetown, Guyana. The Contractor must be locally available to undertake work and will not be compensated for any local or other travel expenses. The Contractor must utilize the locally accepted standards for brokerage and representation services.
