REQUEST FOR INFORMATIONTo understand capabilities of Indigenous Businesses and Small and Medium Enterprises in the Office Supply IndustryThe Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has an ongoing requirement for general office supplies, including copy paper, to be supplied and delivered to employees of the CRA located in CRA offices across Canada as well as CRA employees’ home offices across Canada on an “as and when requested” basis. Office supplies include products whose primary function is related to the execution of business, clerical and administrative duties in an office environment.The purpose of this RFI is to achieve the following:Determine the interest and capability of Indigenous businesses and SME to supply and deliver office supplies and copy paper to CRA as described at Annex A of Attachment A, including which regions within Canada they can service.Understand the challenges Indigenous businesses and SME may have in meeting the scope of work outlined at Annex A of Attachment A.Use the information collected to inform potential future CRA procurements for office supplies.The Supplier is requested to provide a contact name, email address and telephone number when submitting their response.Suppliers are requested to submit responses by the closing date specified in the posting.Only electronic submissions are accepted.Suppliers are requested to submit enquiries and responses to this RFI to:Christina EryuzluEmail: christina.eryuzlu@cra-arc.gc.ca
