Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for A&E Consulting Services – Major renovation of Connaught Barracks and other construction works Defence Construction Canada (DCC) – Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) for A&E Consulting Services, Project No. VR000060, Citadelle of Québec, Québec. Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms for the major renovation of the Connaught Barracks (01, 02, and 03) and the program of potential projects to be located at the Citadelle of Québec, Québec. The project and program will be carried out under the principle of construction management. Information provided by the Consulting Firms will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the Proponent with the highest total score. Proponents that consider themselves qualified to provide these Services are invited to submit their abbreviated proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System. A work site visit will be held at the following date, time and location. It is highly recommended that Proponents attend this site visit.
