W0107 265603 Treadmill and Mountain Bikes Christopher Harvey Telephone No.: (519) 671-2396Christopher.harvey@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca The Department of National Defence, CFB Petawawa requires the supply and delivery of an extra wide fitness testing treadmill (group B) as well as 16 Mountain Bikes (Group A) for fitness. Specifications of both goods are defined in the Annex: Statement of requirements. Offerors may bid on both groups or just one group. Products must be delivered before March 20 2026. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. All required supporting documentation and bid submission documents must be submitted via Ariba ONLY on, or before, 2026-02-12 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
