Summary THIS REQUEST IS RESERVED FOR HOLDERS OF SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT #EN578-191593 ONLY. Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has a requirement for a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform and associated services (via the issuance of Task Authorizations) to securely capture (Protected A) visitor journey data through case management files, while enabling robust reporting and data analysis. This system should allow the Organizational Ombuds Case Management System (OOCMS) to capture, manage, and analyze information provided by visitors who contact the office as well as facilitate the tracking of activities and follow-ups. The case management solution must be bilingual, respect Government of Canada accessibility and security requirements, be user friendly, have a data entry interface that will avoid the possibility of overwriting information from one case to another, and have an efficient search engine. ECCC intends to award one contract for this solution for two years with the option to extend for an additional three periods of one year each under the same terms and conditions. 2. As such, bidders owned or led by Canadians from under-represented groups, such as women, LGBTQ2+ persons, persons with disabilities and persons from visible minorities are encouraged to submit a bid to this opportunity. 7. Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. 8. Official Languages Environment and Climate Change Canada provides procurement services in both official languages.
