Description
This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued under Supply Arrangement EW479-162880; only suppliers pre-qualified under this Supply Arrangement that were invited are able to submit a bid.
The Canadian Coast Guard requires the services of a Contractor to carry out the decontamination and material recovery of plastic navigational buoys originating from CCG’s Prescott Base and nearbyCardinal MCTS site. The results of this project will inform and refine the plastic material recovery process from scrap buoys in other regions.
