NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) for TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
Please note that the TSPS NPP MUST be published simultaneously with the issuance of the invitation to suppliers.
This requirement is for The Department of National Defence (DND).
This procurement is subject to a preference for Indigenous businesses.
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1, under the region, level of expertise and for the following category:
2.12 Evaluation Services Consultants (Level 2)
All qualified SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.
Description of the Requirement:
DND, specifically the Director General Military Personnel Research and Analysis (DGMPRA) has a requirement for the services of Intermediate Evaluation Services Consultants on an “as and when requested basis” to provide assistance with literature review, data collection, data analysis, and the writing and preparation of research materials for the Your Say Survey: Programs and Policies, the Your Say Matters: Defence Team Well-Being Survey, the Human Dimensions of Operations, and the Director of Research Operational and Organizational Dynamics research program overall.
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for approximately three (3) year, plus one (1) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

Inquiries regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) requirement must be submitted to the Contracting Authority named above. Debriefings:
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
