Support the construction and commissioning of one of North America’s largest infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. • Maintain and optimize project control systems to align stakeholders and improve decision-making. • Designed and implemented executive-level approval workflows (PowerApps), delivering decision-ready one-pagers and dashboards (Power BI) to track schedule performance (Primavera P6) and risk exposure (ARM). • Built and maintain automated cross-database workflows integrating data across Parsons, Fluor, WDBA, and Bridging North America, leveraging Trimble e-Builder, CxAlloy, Primavera, and ARM. • Developed API linkages to automate data flows from P6 CPM analysis into commissioning KPIs (CxAlloy), project risks/issues (ARM), and quality documentation packages (e-Builder), managing millions of records and files.
