Description
The Royal Canadian Police (RCMP) has a requirement for potable water testing in three (3) geographical areas in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Stream 1: Newfoundland (island) East Stream 2: Newfoundland (island) West Stream 3: Labrador The standing offer period will be from the date of issuance to March 31, 2026 with 3 irrevocable options to extend it for up to three additional one-year periods. The anticipated start date is July 27, 2025. This procurement is subject to the Labrador Inuit Land Claim Agreement (LILCA). Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price per stream will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer. It is anticipated that up to a maximum of three (3) standing offers may be issued.
