Description |
Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement… to perform leak testing on RCMP heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems/equipment that fall under the Federal Halocarbon Regulations, 2022 (FHR 2022), across various locations in RCMP K – Division (Alberta) for an initial contract period of 2 years with 2 additional option years. This will also include reporting, servicing, and record keeping of RCMP K Division HVAC systems/equipment on a semi-annual (twice a year) basis.
The contract period will be for two years from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods.
Security: This solicitation contains a security requirement.
Basis of selection: Mandatory Technical Criteria. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit as per page one of the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
